Qualifications
- 3–5 years hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
- Experience troubleshooting CNC controls and robotics (Fanuc, ABB).
- Solid understanding of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, or PLCs.
- Ability to read mechanical/electrical blueprints and manuals.
Responsibilities
- Lead Robotic & CNC Recovery: troubleshoot Fanuc/ABB robots, diagnose Fanuc CNCs, replace worn tools, recover lines.
- Troubleshoot electrical control circuits across production cells and plant electrical systems.
- Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, diagnose and repair valves, pumps, and cooling lines.
- Service furnaces and heavy machinery, including gear reduction units and forklifts.
- Support tool room and die operations, move dies with forklifts, assist with die changes and repairs.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PMs), lubrication checks, 5S housekeeping, and log repairs.
