Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician in Cedarburg, WI. The role focuses on troubleshooting Fanuc and ABB robotics, CNC controls, and electrical/hydraulic systems to keep die-casting operations running smoothly.

You will perform preventive maintenance, tool room support, and rapid line recovery with a focus on safety, accountability, and high craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Experience troubleshooting CNC controls and industrial robotics (Fanuc, ABB).
• Solid understanding of electrical/electronic systems (single/3-phase/low voltage), hydraulics/pneumatics, or PLCs.
• Ability to read complex mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Demonstrated career longevity (2+ years per employer).
• US citizenship or green card with ability to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead robotic & CNC recovery and troubleshooting (Fanuc/ABB).
• Repair electrical control circuits and PLC hardware across production cells.
• Maintain hydraulic/pneumatic systems, valves, pumps, and cooling lines.
• Service furnaces and heavy machinery including gear reducers and forklifts.
• Support die operations, tool room duties, and proper 5S housekeeping.
