Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician to service Fanuc/ABB robotics and CNC systems in Cedarburg, WI.

The role focuses on rapid line recovery, electrical control work, and preventive maintenance in a high‑stability, ISO‑certified facility. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, hands-on robotics/CNC troubleshooting, and a stable work history.

Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial production.
Experience and comfort troubleshooting CNC controls and industrial robotics (Fanuc, ABB).
Strong understanding of electrical/electronic systems (single/3-phase/low voltage), hydraulics/pneumatics, or PLCs.
Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.
Demonstrated career longevity with at least 2+ years at each previous employer.
US work authorization with local commute within 1 hour of Cedarburg, WI.

Responsibilities

Lead Robotic & CNC recovery: troubleshoot Fanuc and ABB systems and perform rapid line recovery.
Troubleshoot electrical control circuits and maintain plant electrical systems and PLC hardware.
Maintain hydraulic/pneumatic systems, valves, pumps, and cooling lines.
Service furnaces and heavy machinery, including gear reducers and forklifts.
Support tool room and die operations, including dies handling and minor repairs.
Execute preventative maintenance and keep 5S workspace.
