Job summary

The Recruiting Hive seeks a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician in Cedarburg, WI. You will lead robotic and CNC recovery, troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems, and perform routine maintenance on furnaces and die-cast equipment.

This direct-hire role requires 3–5 years of hands-on manufacturing maintenance and a stable work history. You'll work 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a focus on equipment uptime and safety in a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance in manufacturing.
• Experience troubleshooting CNC controls and robotics (Fanuc/ABB).
• Stable work history with 2+ years at each prior employer.
• US work authorization with a 1-hour commute to Cedarburg, WI.

Responsibilities

• Lead robotic and CNC recovery and troubleshooting for production lines.
• Troubleshoot electrical control circuits and PLC hardware across cells.
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, valves, pumps, and coolers.
• Service furnaces, heavy machinery, and die cast equipment as needed.
• Support tool room and die operations with safe material handling.
• Perform preventative maintenance and log repair activities.
