Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician in Cedarburg, WI to support Fanuc robotics and CNC systems. This direct-hire role offers a stable schedule, competitive pay, and a path to advanced manufacturing expertise.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting Fanuc/ABB robots, CNC controls, electrical circuits, hydraulics and furnaces, with a focus on line uptime. 3–5 years in manufacturing maintenance is expected, with strict career stability.

Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on maintenance in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
Experience troubleshooting CNC controls and robotics (Fanuc, ABB).
Solid understanding of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics/pneumatics, or PLCs.
Ability to read complex mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
Demonstrated career stability with 2+ years at each employer.
US work authorization with a 1-hour max commute to Cedarburg, WI.

Responsibilities

Lead robotic and CNC recovery, diagnose Fanuc/ABB systems, perform line recovery.
Troubleshoot electrical control circuits and plant electrical systems.
Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, valves, pumps, and coolants.
Service furnaces and heavy machinery (gas/electric furnaces, forklifts).
Move dies with forklifts and assist with die operations and cleaning.
Execute Preventative Maintenance and keep a clean 5S workspace.
