Job Juncture is hiring a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician for a fanuc robotics and CNCs environment in Cedarburg, WI. This direct-hire role focuses on rapid line recovery, electrical repairs, and mechanical upkeep within a high-stability die casting facility.

The ideal candidate has hands-on CNC/robotics troubleshooting experience, strong electrical/mechanical mastery, and a proven track record of long tenure in prior roles, with US work authorization and a within-1-hour commute.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Experience with CNC controls and industrial robotics (Fanuc, ABB).
• Strong electrical, mechanical, hydraulic/pneumatic knowledge and PLCs.
• Ability to read complex mechanical and electrical schematics and manuals.
• Demonstrated career longevity with minimal job hopping.
• Authorized to work in the United States with a valid resident status.

Responsabilités

• Lead robotic and CNC recovery: troubleshoot Fanuc/ABB systems and perform rapid line recovery.
• Troubleshoot electrical control circuits across production cells.
• Maintain fluid power and pneumatic systems, valves and pumps.
• Service furnaces and heavy machinery, including gear reducers and forklifts.
• Support tool room and die operations, including die moves and maintenance.
• Perform preventative maintenance and keep a clean 5S workspace.
