6 Degrees Search is hiring a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician in Cedarburg, WI. You will troubleshoot Fanuc robotics and CNC systems, perform electrical and hydraulic/pneumatic repairs, and support furnaces and die operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance in manufacturing.
• Experience troubleshooting CNC controls and robotics (Fanuc, ABB).
• Ability to read complex mechanical/electrical schematics and manuals.
• Demonstrated career stability: 2+ years per employer.

Responsibilities

• Lead robotic and CNC recovery; diagnose Fanuc/ABB systems; perform line recovery.
• Repair electrical control circuits; maintain plant electrical systems and PLCs.
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems; service pumps, valves, and lines.
• Service furnaces and heavy machinery; maintain gear units and forklifts.
• Assist with die operations; move dies and organize mold storage.
• Execute preventive maintenance; log repairs; keep 5S workspace.
