Job summary

Food Management Search, Inc. partners with North America's premier die-casting and metal manufacturing leader in Cedarburg, WI to hire a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician focused on Fanuc robotics and CNCs.

You will troubleshoot Fanuc/ABB robots and CNCs, repair electrical control circuits, hydraulics and pneumatics, service furnaces and heavy equipment, and support tool room and die operations while maintaining a safe, 5S workplace.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance in manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Experience troubleshooting CNC controls and industrial robotics (Fanuc, ABB).
• Strong understanding of electrical/electronic systems (single/3-phase, low voltage) and hydraulics/pneumatics.
• Ability to read mechanical/ electrical schematics and equipment manuals.
• Demonstrated career stability with 2+ years at each previous employer.
• US work authorization and ≤1 hour commute to Cedarburg, WI.

Responsibilities

• Lead Robotic & CNC recovery and troubleshooting (Fanuc/ABB).
• Troubleshoot electrical control circuits and PLC hardware across cells.
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems and service furnaces and heavy machinery.
• Assist with die operations, tool room activities, and equipment teardown/repairs.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and maintain a clean 5S workspace.
