Talent With Heart seeks a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair Fanuc/ABB robotics and CNC systems in Cedarburg, WI. The role emphasizes quick line recovery, electrical control work, and preventative maintenance within a top die casting and metal manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Experience troubleshooting CNC controls and robotics (Fanuc, ABB).
• Strong electrical/electronic understanding (single/3-phase, low voltage).
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical schematics and manuals.
• Career stability with 2+ years at prior employer(s).
• US work authorization with 1-hour commute to Cedarburg, WI.

Responsibilities

• Lead Robotic & CNC recovery and troubleshooting on Fanuc/ABB systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical control circuits across production cells.
• Maintain hydraulic/pneumatic systems and components.
• Service furnaces, gear reduction units, and forklifts as needed.
• Support die operations and tool-room activities.
• Perform preventative maintenance and 5S housekeeping.
