Essenti Talent is seeking a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician in Cedarburg, WI to troubleshoot Fanuc robotics and CNCs, repair electrical/control circuits, hydraulics/pneumatics, furnaces, and support die operations. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Experience with robotics and CNC troubleshooting on production lines.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical diagrams and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead robotic and CNC recovery: troubleshoot Fanuc/ABB, diagnose Fanuc CNCs, replace worn tools, quick line recovery.
• Isolate and repair electrical control circuits, transformers, bus bars, PLCs.
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, valves, pumps, and cooling lines.
• Service furnaces, gear reduction units, and forklifts; perform routine maintenance.
• Support die operations: move dies, organize mold storage, assist with die changes and repairs.
• Perform PMs, lubrication checks, keep 5S workspace, log repairs.
