Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician to support Fanuc robotics and CNCs in Cedarburg, WI. The role is a direct-hire, 2nd shift position with a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits.

With 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, you will troubleshoot robotics and CNC systems, electrical circuits, hydraulics/pneumatics, and furnace equipment while supporting die operations and tool room activities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Experience and comfort troubleshooting CNC controls and industrial robotics (Fanuc, ABB).
• Understanding of electrical/electronic systems (single/3-phase, low voltage), hydraulics/pneumatics, or PLCs.
• Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Demonstrated career longevity with at least 2 consecutive years at each prior employer; US work authorization and within 1 hour of Cedarburg, WI.

Responsibilities

• Lead robotic and CNC recovery; troubleshoot Fanuc and ABB systems; perform rapid line recovery.
• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical control circuits, transformers, bus bars, and PLC hardware across production cells.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, valves, pumps, and water cooling lines.
• Service furnaces and heavy machinery; maintain gear reduction units and forklifts.
• Move dies with forklifts; assist with die assembly, teardown, and tool room support.
• Perform preventive maintenance; complete PMs, lubrication checks, and 5S housekeeping.
