Job summary

Management Performance Associates in Cedarburg, WI is seeking a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician to support Fanuc Robotics and CNCs. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, repair, and routine maintenance in a die casting environment with a direct-hire arrangement.

The position offers a 2:00 PM–10:00 PM schedule, competitive pay up to $35.50/hr (+ 7% 401(k) match), tuition reimbursement, monthly performance bonuses, and attendance PTO bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Experience and comfort with CNC controls and robotic systems (Fanuc/ABB).
• Strong understanding of electrical/electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical schematics and manuals.
• Demonstrated career stability with 2+ years at each prior employer.
• US work authorization with a commutable distance to Cedarburg, WI.

Responsibilities

• Lead robotic and CNC recovery, troubleshoot Fanuc/ABB systems, perform line recoveries.
• Inspect and repair electrical control circuits, transformers, PLCs across cells.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, valves and pumps.
• Maintain furnaces, gear units, forklifts, and related machinery.
• Assist with die operations, dies handling, and tool room support.
• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain 5S clean workspace.
