Job summary

North America's premier die casting and metal manufacturing leader operates a state-of-the-art regional facility in Cedarburg, WI. The 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician role focuses on rapid recovery of Fanuc and ABB robotic/CNC cells, electrical control circuits, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems to maximize uptime.

You will perform furnace maintenance, tool room support, and preventive maintenance while maintaining a 5S workspace.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Experience troubleshooting CNC controls and industrial robotics (Fanuc/ABB).
• Strong understanding of electrical/electronic systems (single/3‑phase, low voltage).
• Ability to read mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Stable employment history with at least 2 consecutive years at prior employers.
• US work authorization with a max 1‑hour commute to Cedarburg, WI.

Responsibilities

• Lead robotic and CNC recovery and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot electrical control circuits across production cells.
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components.
• Service furnaces, heavy machinery, and gear reduction units.
• Support tool room and die operations, including die handling and basic repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and keep a clean 5S workspace.
