CTDI in Rialto, CA is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate and oversee the 2nd shift production operations, ensuring targets and quality standards are met while driving P&L results. You will direct workers, schedule tasks, and maintain safety and efficiency across the shift.

The role requires meeting daily KPIs, providing clear shift-transition communication, and offering first-level support for escalated issues.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in a materials/distribution environment.
• Proven problem-solving and results-driven mindset.
• Detail-oriented with strong task prioritization and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Supervises workers operating production machinery and packaging goods.
• Schedule tasks, troubleshoot issues, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs with accurate reporting.
• Lead shift transitions with clear communication.
• Provide first-level support for escalated issues.
• Maintain production quality by monitoring metrics.
• Communicate with management and customers to meet SLAs.
• Assist in labor planning and forecasting and inventory management.
• Train and motivate staff on procedures and processes.
• Ensure health and safety compliance in the warehouse.
