Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate and lead 2nd shift operations at our Logan Twp, NJ facility. You will supervise production workers, ensure targets and quality standards are met, and drive P&L results while maintaining a safe, efficient environment.

Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered to support a stable, team-oriented workplace. Responsibilities include scheduling tasks, reporting KPIs, and guiding shift transitions; you will also support escalation handling

Qualifications

• Leads and coordinates production workers on 2nd shift.
• Ensures production targets, quality standards, and KPI achievement.
• Reports on shift performance and transitions.
• Provides first-level support for escalated issues.
• Maintains safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
• Collaborates with management to meet SLAs and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervises workers that operate production machinery, assemble items, perform quality control, or package goods for shipment.
• Schedule and assign tasks to workers, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Deliver clear and concise information during shift transition meetings, ensuring the next shift is prepared for success.
