Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate production workers, meet targets, and drive quality. The role oversees shift-based operations, ensures timely reporting, and supports KPI achievement while maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling, issue resolution, and coordination with management and customers to meet SLAs. 1+ year leadership in distribution/manufacturing preferred; strong communication and MS Office skills required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience, materials/distribution environment is preferred.
• Problem-solving and decision-making with a strategic, results-driven mindset.
• Detail-oriented and organized; can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities with clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to engage with customers professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises workers operating production machinery and packaging goods.
• Schedule tasks, troubleshoot issues, and drive efficiency.
• Meet or surpass daily KPIs with accurate reporting.
• Lead shift transitions with clear communication for the next shift.
• Provide first-level support for escalated issues.
• Monitor performance metrics to maintain quality.
• Communicate with management and customers to meet SLAs.
• Address employee concerns to maintain a positive environment.
• Assist in P&L forecasting, labor planning, and scheduling.
• Coordinate workflow and ensure inventory supports demand.
• Provide training and guidance on procedures and processes.
• Ensure health and safety regulations and company policies are followed.
