Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands Aperture Solutions is seeking a Production Associate 2 for the 2nd shift. The role focuses on windows & doors assembly, ensuring safety, quality, and efficient flow of material through the plant.

You will work at our Cary, NC site with duties spanning tool use, packing, and daily process improvements. What you’ll need includes reading a tape measure, basic math, and the ability to stand 8–12 hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret fractions/decimals.
• Capable of reading basic instructions, word recognition, and numbers.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and assemble, lift, pick, and pack products.
• Support Employee Engagement and follow clean-up times.
• Work safely and adhere to policies; maintain production pace.
• Follow rate as defined by customer demand and operations.
