Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands Aperture Solutions is seeking a Production Associate 1 in Cary, NC. The role centers on assembling windows and doors, operating hand tools, lifting and packing products, and keeping the line flowing safely to deliver quality results on time.

You will follow defined work rates, ensure a clean and safe environment, and support teamwork across departments. Full-time benefits include day-one healthcare and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Read tape measures and interpret fractions/decimals.
• Read basic words and numbers; follow instructions.
• Operate power tools and wear PPE as required.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Understand measurement standards and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and assemble, lift, and pack products.
• Support employee engagement activities.
• Follow defined cleanup times and safe work practices.
• Work to established rates per customer demand and standard work.
• Assist training of co-workers and maintain a respectful workplace.
