Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands Aperture Solutions is seeking a Production Associate 2 for the 1st shift to assemble windows and doors while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will read measurements, use hand tools, and collaborate across departments to maintain workflow. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and standing 8–12 hours, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret fractions/decimals.
• Familiarity with WTS Paradigm and ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and assemble, lift, and pack products.
• Support and participate in employee engagement activities.
• Follow defined cleanup times and safe work practices.
• Work to established rate and standard work instructions.
• Assist with training coworkers and maintaining a safe, respectful workplace.
