Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands Aperture Solutions is seeking a Production Associate 2 in Lexington, NC. You will perform windows and doors assembly, lift and pack products, and help maintain a safe, efficient workflow.

Strong attention to safety and quality is essential to minimize waste and meet customer demand. The role involves working with a sense of urgency, reading basic measurements, and following standard work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to read and recognize words/numbers.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools to assemble and pack products.
• Support engagement activities and follow clean-up times.
• Work safely and follow work instructions and rate definitions.
• Identify problems and communicate issues.
• Assist with training of co-workers and cross-training across departments.
• Maintain time management and adhere to cycle times.
• Monitor inventory and optimize line flow.
• Wear PPE including metatarsal shoes and eye protection.
• Record keeping and scheduling adherence.
