Woodward Inc. is hiring a 2nd shift (Monday-Friday) Level II Repair & Overhaul Technician for the FMU department at our Loves Park Campus in Illinois. The role focuses on teardown, assembly and test of products, with emphasis on following SOPs, quality control and cross-functional collaboration.

You will apply lean practices, participate in continuous improvement, and help maintain a safe, efficient work environment while meeting production schedules and standards.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in repair and overhaul operations in Prop/Sensor production line.
• Proficient in using inspection and quality tools and following work instructions.
• Experience troubleshooting complex mechanical problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with teams and customers.

Aufgaben

• Teardown, assembly and test product following SOPs and documented procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to analyze work scope.
• Participate in quality improvements and documentation clarity.
• Maintain 5S and organized workstation and safety practices.
• Support training of team members and uphold safety standards.
