Job summary

Woodward is hiring Repair & Overhaul Technicians at the Loves Park Campus. Roles are on AWS weekends (Fri-Sun, 3:00am-3:30pm) with training on 1st shift for two weeks, then potential shift adjustments. Responsibilities include teardown, assembly, testing, and ensuring quality while adhering to 5S and safety standards.

Qualifications

Ability to teardown, assemble and test products using SOPs.
Strong mechanical aptitude and comfortable with hand tools.
Effective teamwork and communication to support workflow.

Responsibilities

Teardown, assembly and test product following procedures.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to determine work scope.
Conduct inspections and tests to verify product quality and data accuracy.
Maintain clean, organized workstations following 5S principles.
Follow safety protocols and regulatory requirements at all times.
