Qualifications

• Follows documented procedures to accurately and efficiently produce products using specified tools and equipment.
• Observes and records key process variables to ensure consistency and quality.
• Conducts inspections and tests to verify accuracy and functionality and logs data per standards.
• Adheres to 5S principles, keeps workstations clean and organized, and follows safety guidelines.
• Willingness to pass safety screenings and work in a regulated aerospace environment.
