Qualifications

• Level 2 requires 1+ years operating CNC Mills, CNC lathes or ID/OD grinders.
• Level 3 requires 4+ years operating CNC Mills, CNC lathes or ID/OD grinders.
• Knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows documented procedures, resolves problems with known outcomes, and supports training.
• Maintains key process variables for consistency and quality; logs daily operations.
• Participates in 5S organization and safety initiatives.
• Ensures cleanliness, organizes workstation, and suggests improvements.
• Leads complex or specialized tasks and mentors others in best practices.
