Job summary

Woodward is seeking skilled Repair & Overhaul Technicians for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30pm – 11:00pm) at the Loves Park Campus. You will support repair, teardown, assembly and testing of servo valves, actuators, fuel metering units and pumps.

Training occurs on 1st shift for two weeks with subsequent flexibility during training. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential to ensure high quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Follows documented procedures to teardown, assemble and test products.
• Adheres to 5S principles; maintains clean, organized workstations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with team feedback.
• Ability to troubleshoot routine issues and read simple drawings/prints.

Responsibilities

• Teardown, assembly and test products per SOPs, using specified tools.
• Coordinate with team to analyze and scope work on products.
• Ensure quality by inspections and data recording per standards.
• Maintain 5S, safety and lean practices at the workstation.
• Support training and continuous improvement within the line.
