Job summary

Woodward Inc. is seeking Repair & Overhaul Technicians at the Loves Park Campus on AWS 2nd shift (3:00pm – 3:30am). The role covers teardown, assembly and test of servo valves, actuators, and related components, with training on first shift for two weeks.

Ideal candidates have strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Training may extend to alternative shifts up to three months.

Qualifications

• Basic technical instructions and SOPs understood and followed.
• Capable of tearing down, assembling, and testing products.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Teardown, assembly and test product per procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on work scope.
• Conduct inspections and tests; record data.
• Maintain 5S at workstation and proper tool storage.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot routine product issues and support training.
