Job summary

Woodward Inc. in Loves Park, IL is seeking a Repair & Overhaul Technician I/II to join our team on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30pm-11:00pm). You will teardown, assemble and test servo valves, actuators, and related components using documented procedures and standard tools.

Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining data per standards, and applying 5S and lean practices to improve efficiency while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Teardown, assembly and test of products following documented procedures.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Knowledge of lean practices and 5S.

Responsibilities

• Teardown, Assembly and Test Product using tools and equipment as per procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define work scope and analysis.
• Conduct inspections and tests; record data per operating standards.
• Adhere to 5S principles; maintain clean, organized workstations.
• Follow safety protocols to uphold a safe working environment.
