Job summary

Woodward is hiring Repair & Overhaul Technicians for the Loves Park Campus on AWS 2nd shift (Weekends, 3:00pm - 3:30am). Training on 1st shift initially, flexible for up to 3 months.

Roles involve teardown, assembly, testing, and process improvements to support servo valves and related products. Qualifications

Proven ability to teardown, assemble and test products following SOPs.
Ability to follow 5S and lean principles in a manufacturing setting.
Comfort using basic software and data entry tools.

Responsibilities

Teardown, assembly and test products per documented procedures.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define work scope.
Conduct inspections and tests; maintain data per standards.
Keep workstations organized and safe; follow safety protocols.
Support training and propose improvements to standard work.
