Qualifications

• Demonstrates fundamental understanding of mechanical systems and components.
• Selects, maintains, and operates hand and power tools.
• Uses calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify part dimensions.
• Follows technical diagrams to dismantle and rebuild equipment.
• Applies standard diagnostic procedures to identify simple faults and report findings.
• Reads and interprets maintenance manuals, schematics, and work orders.
• Adheres to established safety protocols and uses PPE.
• Prioritizes and completes tasks under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Teardown, assembly and test product following documented procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to perform analysis and define work scope.
• Conduct inspections and tests to verify product functionality and maintain data per standards.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and proper tool storage.
