Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a regulated packaging/production facility.
• Solid understanding of GMP, HACCP, and SQF food safety standards.
• Proven ability to mentor teams, de-escalate conflicts, and drive culture.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or ERP systems for scheduling and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and motivate an off-shift production crew; manage daily line assignments.
• Coordinate raw material delivery and resource allocation to meet throughput targets.
• Uphold GMP/HACCP/SQF compliance across the line and drive food safety.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce bottlenecks and boost OEE.
• Serve as primary liaison between 1st and 2nd shift for seamless handoffs.
• Maintain labor tracking logs, conduct performance reviews, and report metrics.
