Job summary

Calqulate in the Jefferson, WI area is hiring a Packaging & Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 1:30 PM – 11:30 PM) to lead an off-shift team in a GMP/SQF food facility. Base salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 plus overtime, bonuses, and full benefits.

You will supervise 3+ years in a regulated packaging/production environment, ensure GMP/HACCP/SQF compliance, coordinate materials, and drive continuous improvement with a people-first leadership approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory leadership in a regulated packaging/production environment.
• Solid working knowledge of GMP/HACCP/SQF food safety standards.
• People-first leadership with strong communication and coaching skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or ERP scheduling/monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and motivate an off-shift production crew and manage daily line assignments.
• Coordinate raw material delivery and resource allocation for throughput targets.
• Maintain 100% GMP/HACCP/SQF compliance and food safety protocols.
• Lead lean improvements to reduce bottlenecks and improve OEE.
• Oversee shift handoffs and daily production metric reporting.
• Handle labor tracking, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
