Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Packaging & Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Jefferson, WI. The role focuses on off-shift leadership, line optimization, and strict adherence to GMP/SQF standards.

You will guide an off-shift crew, coordinate material flow, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize throughput and ensure safety and quality. Competitive salary with overtime and bonuses is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a regulated packaging/production environment.
• Solid knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and SQF.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and maintain a positive culture.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or ERP systems for scheduling and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and motivate an off-shift crew; manage daily line assignments.
• Coordinate raw material delivery and resource allocation to meet throughput targets.
• Uphold GMP/HACCP/SQF compliance and food safety standards.
• Lead lean improvement projects to boost OEE and reduce bottlenecks.
• Manage shift handoffs and daily production metric reporting.
