Job Juncture is seeking a Packaging & Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Jefferson, WI. This role leads an off-shift production crew in a GMP/SQF environment, directing daily line assignments and ensuring strict safety and quality standards.

You will drive continuous improvement, coordinate materials, and manage shift handoffs while reporting production metrics. The position offers competitive pay, overtime premiums, and full benefits in a growing food manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a regulated packaging/production facility.
• Solid working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and SQF food safety standards.
• People-first leadership style with mentoring and conflict-resolution ability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP scheduling/production tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and motivate an off-shift production crew, managing daily line assignments and optimizing headcount for efficiency.
• Coordinate raw ingredient delivery and resource allocation to streamline material flow and daily throughput targets.
• Uphold GMP/HACCP/SQF food safety compliance and 100% regulatory adherence.
• Lead lean improvement projects to reduce bottlenecks and improve OEE.
• Serve as primary liaison between 1st and 2nd shifts to ensure seamless communication and productivity.
• Manage labor tracking logs, performance reviews, and daily production metric reporting.
