Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a regulated packaging/production facility.
• Solid knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and SQF.
• People-focused leadership with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or ERP systems for scheduling and tracking performance.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder residing within a 45-minute commute of Jefferson, WI.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and motivate an off-shift production crew and manage daily line assignments.
• Coordinate raw material delivery and resource allocation to streamline material flow.
• Uphold strict GMP, HACCP, and SQF compliance across the line.
• Lead lean improvement projects to boost OEE and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Serve as shift handoff liaison between 1st and 2nd shift to ensure seamless continuity.
• Maintain labor tracking logs, conduct performance reviews, and report daily metrics.
