Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking a Packaging & Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Jefferson, WI. The role oversees an off-shift production crew, aligns raw material flow, and ensures strict GMP, HACCP, and SQF compliance on a fast-paced food manufacturing line.

Offering a base salary up to $75,000, plus overtime premiums, annual bonuses, and comprehensive benefits, this direct-hire position emphasizes leadership, safety, and continuous improvement on a 1:30 PM–11:30 PM schedule

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory leadership in a regulated packaging/production facility.
• Strong knowledge of GMP/HACCP/SQF food safety standards.
• Collaborative communicator with proven team mentoring and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or ERP scheduling systems.
• Must reside within a 45-minute daily commute of Jefferson, WI.

Responsabilités

• Lead an off-shift production crew with daily line assignments and staffing optimization.
• Coordinate raw material delivery and resources to meet daily throughput targets.
• Uphold GMP/HACCP/SQF guidelines and maintain 100% compliance with food safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to boost OEE and reduce bottlenecks.
• Manage shift handoffs between 1st and 2nd shifts to ensure seamless production.
• Oversee shift admin tasks like labor tracking, performance reviews, and production metrics.
