Tri-S Recruiters is seeking a Packaging & Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Jefferson, WI. The role leads an off‑shift production crew, coordinates line operations, and ensures strict food safety compliance in a GMP/SQF environment.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage shift handoffs, and mentor staff while maintaining a safe, productive workplace with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a regulated packaging/production facility.
• Solid knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and SQF standards.
• Strong leadership and ability to mentor teams and manage shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and motivate an off-shift production crew and manage daily line assignments.
• Coordinate raw material delivery and resource allocation to meet throughput targets.
• Uphold GMP/HACCP/SQF compliance and drive OEE improvement.
• Lead shift handoffs and manage labor tracking, performance reviews, and metrics.
• Foster a safe, collaborative culture and drive procedural improvements.
