Packaging & Operations Supervisor – 2nd Shift (GMP / SQF Plant) in Jefferson, WI is a direct hire role offering up to $75,000 base salary, Saturday overtime premiums, and full corporate benefits. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–11:30 PM, with occasional paid Saturday production demand.

US work authorization is required and a 45-minute daily commute is expected. You will lead an off‑shift production crew, coordinate materials, uphold GMP/HACCP/SQF standards, drive OEE improvements, and

Qualifications

• Verifiable supervisory experience in a regulated packaging/production facility.
• Solid working knowledge of food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and SQF.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and maintain positive culture.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or ERP systems for scheduling and tracking.

Responsabilités

• Direct, mentor, and motivate an off-shift production crew with daily line assignments.
• Coordinate raw material delivery and resource allocation to meet daily throughput targets.
• Maintain 100% GMP/HACCP/SQF compliance and food safety benchmarks.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce bottlenecks and improve OEE.
• Manage shift handoffs between 1st and 2nd shifts to prevent productivity loss.
• Maintain labor logs, performance reviews, and daily production metrics.
