Job summary

Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking a Packaging & Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift at a Jefferson, WI area food processing facility. This direct-hire role offers a base salary of $65,000–$75,000, plus overtime premiums, annual bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Expect a Monday–Friday 1:30 PM–11:30 PM schedule with occasional Saturday demand. You will lead off-shift teams, ensure GMP/HACCP/SQF compliance, coordinate materials, drive OEE improvements, and manage shift handoffs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a regulated environment.
• Solid knowledge of food safety standards, GMP/HACCP/SQF.
• People-first leadership with proven mentoring abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office or ERP systems for scheduling and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and motivate an off-shift production crew and manage daily line assignments.
• Coordinate raw material delivery and resource allocation to streamline flow and meet targets.
• Uphold GMP/HACCP/SQF compliance and food safety standards.
• Lead lean projects to improve OEE and reduce bottlenecks.
• Manage shift handoffs between 1st and 2nd shifts to maintain productivity.
• Oversee labor tracking, performance reviews, and daily production metrics.
