Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and motivate an off-shift production crew; manage daily line assignments and staffing.
• Coordinate raw material delivery and resource allocation to meet daily throughput targets.
• Uphold GMP/HACCP and SQF compliance and drive food safety and quality improvements.
• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce bottlenecks and improve OEE.
• Oversee shift handoffs and maintain daily production metric reporting.
