Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking a Packaging & Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift in the Jefferson, WI area. The role offers a base salary up to $75,000 per year, plus overtime and performance bonuses.

This is a direct-hire position with a Monday–Friday 1:30 PM–11:30 PM schedule and a 45-minute daily commute requirement. Responsibilities include leading an off-shift team, coordinating materials, and ensuring GMP/HACCP/SQF compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a regulated packaging/production facility.
• Solid knowledge of GMP/HACCP/SQF food safety standards.
• US work authorization and 45-minute daily commute to Jefferson, WI.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and motivate an off-shift production crew and manage daily line assignments.
• Coordinate raw material delivery and resource allocation to meet daily throughput targets.
• Uphold GMP/HACCP/SQF compliance and maintain 100% food safety standards.
• Initiate lean projects to improve OEE and reduce bottlenecks.
• Serve as primary liaison between 1st and 2nd shift for smooth handoffs.
• Maintain labor tracking logs, performance reviews, and daily production metrics.
