Job summary

Henderson Group Recruiting seeks a Packaging & Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift in the Jefferson, WI area. This direct-hire role offers a base salary up to $75,000, overtime at time-and-half on Saturdays, an annual performance-based bonus, and full corporate benefits.

You will lead an off-shift production crew in a GMP/SQF-compliant food processing facility, coordinate materials, monitor line performance, and drive improvements in OEE and safety culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a regulated packaging/production facility.
• US work authorization (citizenship or green card)
• Comfortable 45-minute daily commute to Jefferson, WI.
• GMP/HACCP/SQF knowledge and food safety fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and motivate an off-shift production crew; manage daily line assignments and optimize headcount for efficiency.
• Coordinate raw material delivery and resource allocation to streamline material flow and achieve daily throughput targets.
• Uphold food safety protocols and regulatory benchmarks (GMP/HACCP/SQF) with 100% compliance.
• Initiate lean manufacturing projects to reduce bottlenecks and improve OEE.
• Serve as primary liaison between 1st and 2nd shift to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Handle labor tracking logs, performance reviews, and daily production metric reporting.
