Job summary

Packaging & Operations Supervisor – 2nd Shift (GMP / SQF Plant) is a direct-hire role in the Jefferson, WI area. The position pays $65,000–$75,000 per year with time-and-a-half overtime on Saturdays, annual performance bonuses, and full corporate benefits.

You will lead an off-shift production crew, coordinate raw material flow, maintain strict food safety compliance, and drive lean improvements. A 2nd shift schedule (Mon–Fri, 1:30 PM – 11:30 PM) with occasional Saturday demand is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a regulated packaging/production facility.
• Solid knowledge of GMP/HACCP/SQF food safety standards.
• US work authorization and ability to commute to Jefferson, WI.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and motivate an off-shift production crew with daily line assignments.
• Coordinate raw material delivery and resource allocation to meet throughput targets.
• Uphold GMP/HACCP/SQF standards and drive continuous improvement (OEE).
• Manage shift handoffs and administer labor tracking, performance reviews, and metrics.
