Job summary

United Future is seeking a Packaging & Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Jefferson, WI. You will lead an off-shift production crew, ensure GMP/HACCP/SQF compliance, and coordinate materials to meet daily targets in a clean food-processing environment.

This role emphasizes people-first leadership, continuous improvement, and a clear path for advancement within a rapidly growing food manufacturer. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime as needed and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory leadership in a regulated packaging/production facility.
• Solid knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and SQF food safety standards.
• Proven ability to mentor teams, resolve conflicts, and build a safe, productive culture.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or ERP systems for scheduling/performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and motivate an off-shift production crew (Mon–Fri, 1:30 PM–11:30 PM).
• Coordinate raw material delivery and resource allocation to meet daily throughput targets.
• Uphold GMP/HACCP/SQF compliance and drive food safety programs.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce bottlenecks and improve OEE.
• Manage shift handoffs, labor tracking, performance reviews, and daily metrics.
