Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a regulated packaging/production facility.
• Strong knowledge of GMP/HACCP/SQF food safety standards.
• People-first leadership style with collaborative communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or ERP systems for scheduling and tracking.
• Must reside within a 45-minute commute of Jefferson, WI.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and motivate an off-shift production crew and manage daily line assignments.
• Coordinate raw material delivery and resource allocation to meet daily throughput targets.
• Uphold GMP, HACCP, and SQF compliance and ensure 100% food safety standards.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce bottlenecks and improve OEE.
• Serve as primary liaison between 1st and 2nd shifts to maintain productivity.
• Maintain labor tracking logs, performance reviews, and shift reporting.
