Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners is seeking a Packaging & Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Jefferson, WI. The role requires supervising a regulated packaging/production facility with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will lead an off-shift crew, coordinate material flow, and ensure strict adherence to GMP/SQF standards while driving continuous improvement and smoothing shift handoffs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a regulated packaging/production facility.
• Solid working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and SQF.
• People-first leadership with a collaborative style.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and motivate an off-shift production crew and manage daily line assignments.
• Coordinate raw material delivery and resource allocation to meet throughput targets.
• Uphold GMP, HACCP, and SQF standards for food safety and compliance.
• Lead Lean initiatives to improve OEE and reduce bottlenecks.
• Handle shift handoffs and maintain daily production metric reporting.
• Oversee labor tracking and performance reviews, resolving conflicts as needed.
