Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners seeks a 2nd Shift Mechanical Maintenance Technician to sustain high-speed packaging and GMP operations in the Jefferson, WI area. You will perform maintenance on sanitary processing lines, troubleshoot hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and execute PMs with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on mechanical maintenance in a sanitary food/GMP setting.
• 3+ years maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• 3+ years keeping conveyors, gearboxes, and high-speed drives running.
• Proficient MIG/TIG welding and basic fabrication for repairs.
• US work authorization and residency within 45 minutes of Jefferson, WI.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on high-speed packaging equipment.
• Inspect, diagnose, and rebuild hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain and repair conveyor systems, drive assemblies, gearboxes, and power transmission components.
• Conduct floor-level TIG/MIG welding and basic fabrication for guards and frames.
• Ensure GMP/sanitary compliance and safety protocols in all tasks.
• Collaborate with production operators and sanitation teams to minimize downtime.
