Job summary

Zaddy Solutions in Wisconsin is hiring a Packaging & Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift in a GMP/SQF environment. You will lead an off-shift team, manage daily line assignments, and ensure strict food safety and quality across packaging operations.

In this direct-hire role, you will drive continuous improvement, coordinate materials, and mentor staff toward Operational Excellence, with a Monday–Friday 1:30 PM–11:30 PM schedule and potential Saturday demand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory leadership in a regulated packaging/production environment.
• Solid working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and SQF food safety standards.
• Proven people-first leadership with mentoring and team-building.
• Proficiency with MS Office or ERP systems for scheduling and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and motivate an off-shift production crew; manage daily line assignments.
• Coordinate raw material delivery and resource allocation to streamline flow and daily throughput.
• Uphold GMP/HACCP/SQF compliance; maintain 100% food safety standards.
• Initiate lean manufacturing projects to improve OEE and reduce bottlenecks.
• Act as primary liaison for shift handoffs between 1st and 2nd shifts.
• Handle labor tracking, performance reviews, and daily production metric reporting.
