Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Packaging & Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift in the Jefferson, WI area. The role focuses on off-shift leadership, daily line assignments, GMP/HACCP/SQF compliance, and continuous improvement in a food processing setting.

This direct-hire position offers a pay range of $65,000–$75,000 per year plus overtime premiums, annual bonuses, and full benefits. The schedule runs Mon–Fri, 1:30 PM – 11:30 PM, with occasional Saturday demand.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a regulated packaging/production facility.
• Solid knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and SQF food safety standards.
• Willingness to commute ~45 minutes to Jefferson, WI.

Responsabilidades

• Direct, mentor, and motivate an off-shift production crew, managing daily line assignments and optimizing headcount for efficiency.
• Coordinate raw ingredient delivery and resource allocation to streamline material flow and achieve daily throughput targets.
• Uphold stringent food safety protocols and regulatory benchmarks, maintaining 100% compliance with GMPs, HACCP, and SQF guidelines.
• Initiate tactical lean manufacturing projects to eliminate line bottlenecks and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Act as the primary liaison between 1st and 2nd shift teams to ensure seamless communication and zero lost productivity.
• Handle labor tracking logs, performance reviews, conflict resolution, and daily production metric reporting.
