Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a regulated packaging/production facility.
• Solid working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and SQF.
• People-first leadership with proven mentoring and team-building abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or ERP systems for scheduling and performance tracking.
• US work authorization and willingness to commute to Jefferson, WI.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and motivate an off-shift production crew (Mon–Fri, 1:30 PM – 11:30 PM).
• Coordinate raw material delivery and resource allocation to meet daily throughput targets.
• Uphold strict food safety compliance with GMP, HACCP, and SQF standards.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance line efficiency and OEE.
• Manage shift handoffs between 1st and 2nd shifts and handle shift administration.
