Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a regulated packaging/production facility.
• Solid knowledge of GMP/HACCP/SQF food safety standards.
• Proven people-first leadership and team mentoring.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP scheduling/ Tracking.
• US work authorization, commuting within 45 minutes of Jefferson, WI.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and motivate an off-shift production crew, managing daily line assignments.
• Coordinate raw ingredient delivery and resource allocation to meet throughput targets.
• Uphold GMP, HACCP, and SQF compliance and food safety standards.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to improve OEE and bottleneck elimination.
• Manage shift handoffs between 1st and 2nd shifts and production metric reporting.
• Handle labor tracking, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
